Wrong size or a defect? kitdrop offers a simple 14-day return on eligible items.

14-day window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Size swaps
Ordered the wrong size? We will swap it for the correct one if it is in stock. You cover the return courier charge; we cover sending the replacement.
Defects & wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. Send a photo when you contact us so we can sort it quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent through bKash or your original method within a few working days of us receiving the returned item.
