How do I order?
Pick your jersey and size, add to cart, and check out. We confirm your order on WhatsApp before dispatch — no advance payment needed.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Simple and safe.
How long does shipping take?
Inside Dhaka usually 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka, including Chattogram, usually 2–4 days depending on your area.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by city and shown before you confirm your order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free.
Is the fabric original quality?
Yes — premium fabric with embroidered or heat-sealed crests and accurate fit, not thin fan copies.
Can I exchange a wrong size?
Yes. Keep the jersey unworn with tags and contact support for an easy size exchange.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Message us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll update it.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.
