What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and the items you buy. We do not store card numbers — payment is cash on delivery. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email we keep that conversation so we can help you.
How we use it
We use your details only to process and deliver your order, confirm it by phone, and handle returns or support.
If you opt in, we may send occasional updates about new drops. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone, and address with our courier partner so they can deliver your parcel. We never sell your data. We may use analytics tools (such as Meta Pixel) to understand how the store is used.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@mutho.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
